Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve quantitative data analytics and set performance targets
  • Lead projects to completion by contributing to database creation, statistical modeling and financial reports
  • Interpret and analyze healthcare data from various sources and recommend best approaches
  • Provide claims, premium, capitation and membership data in support of Affordability, Actuarial and utilization analyses
  • Create and update automated processes
  • Analyze reporting tools to investigate sources of variations
  • Produce and present reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of work experience in a corporate setting
  • 3+ years of experience in health care analytics and working with large data sets
  • Intermediate level proficiency with SQL, SAS and / or other statistical programs
  • Intermediate level of proficiency working with MS Excel including formulas, calculations, charts, graphs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Oracle-specific experience
  • Understanding of Medicaid
  • Experience with visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, MS Power BI, or equivalent application)
  • Comfortable presenting results to customers

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.
