Critical Care Services Nurse Manager

The healthcare leader with a solid background in cardiac, medical, surgical, vascular, and/or neuro ICU nursing will be welcomed into the role by a highly trained group of Critical Care RN staff.

The Critical Care Services Nurse Manager will play an integral role as a strong leader and member of the Critical Care Team. Reporting to the Critical Care Services Nurse Director, this role will be responsible for oversight of a total of 25+ inpatient beds and close to 100 FTEs across all critical care areas including general medical, surgical, cardiac, neuro, vascular, and ICU overflow. The RN Manager will work in collaboration with hospital leadership and RN Staff to design and implement LEAN processes for all units, manage staffing/scheduling, and promote an overall positive work atmosphere as each department prepares for the busy winter months. The RN Manager Critical Care Services will serve as a strong resource and liaison to staff, patients, and their families, ensuring delivery of high quality care across all intensive care units.
