This is a Full-time position in San Carlos, AZ posted September 15, 2020.

Health Insurance Sales Agent Paid Training & Licensing Pay: $14 an hour during training $16 an hour aftertraining completion Please Note: This position will be a remote,work from home position, AFTER 4-6 weeks of in-person trainingsessions has been completed.

The training is conducted on-site inMesa, AZ First week: Monday Friday 9:00 A.M.

to 5:30 P.M.Starting the third week: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM.

After training again,you will be able to work from home if you have the requiredinternet requirements and your performance is acceptable.

Bloomwill provide the computer equipment for you to work from home.Innovate.

Purpose and Objective TheLicensed Health Plan Advisor educates, qualifies and enrollsprospects into health plans using Bloom quality and complianceguidelines.

Essential Functions * Meet all requirements to obtainand maintain licensed agent status.

Bloom provides all necessarytraining and pays for all training classes to obtain healthinsurance licensing as well as license renewal fees while you areemployed at Bloom.

* Absorb, retain and explain a working knowledgeof product plans and general Medicare information * Assist callersquickly and professionally by fielding inbound calls to sell healthinsurance plans with Bloom’s sales techniques * Place outboundcalls for member outreach * Provide accurate information toprospects using Bloom’s quality and compliance standards *Communicate effectively with prospects and plan members over thephone, and in-person with co-workers and management personnel *Proficiently work with Windows and comfortably navigating betweenwebsites to assist callers requesting information * Work on acomputer with two monitors 8 hours a day * Having excellentattendance habits Candidates who cannot perform some or all ofthese duties because of disabilities will nevertheless receive fullconsideration for the job based on their ability to perform theessential functions.

Education/Skills Bloom has trained hundreds ofLicensed Health Plan Advisors and Health Care Advocates to provideprofessional sales and customer service over the phone.

Bloom willprovide paid professional training, including pre-licensingclasses, if you provide the education, skills, attitude, andfollowing character traits: * High school diploma or GED * Arespectful tone and professional demeanor * Prior sales or customerservice skills preferred * A performance-driven mindset * Asolutions-minded team player * Self-motivation * Positive can-doattitude * Flexibility & dependability * An ethical approach tosales * Self-discipline Physical Demands While performing theduties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit forlong periods of time, talk and hear, have close vision and theability to adjust focus.

The employee frequently is required to usehands to finger, handle, or feel.

The employee is occasionallyrequired to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.

WorkEnvironment Bloom’s Licensed Health Plan Advisors may be requiredto sit for extended periods while listening, talking and enteringcaller data.

Typing skills are required.

Bloom is a professionaloffice environment and routinely utilizes standard office equipmentlike computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and faxmachines.

The noise level in the work environment is usuallymoderate.
