This is a Full-time position in Youngtown, AZ posted September 15, 2020.

Bilingual Health Insurance Sales Agent Paid Training& Licensing Pay: $14 an hour during training $16 an hourafter training completion $17 after language fluency testcompletion Please Note: This position will be a remote, work fromhome position, AFTER 4-6 weeks of in-person training sessions hasbeen completed.

The training is conducted on-site in Mesa, AZ First week: Monday Friday 9:00 A.M.

to 5:30 P.M.

Starting thethird week: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM.

After training again, you will beable to work from home if you have the required internetrequirements and your performance is acceptable.

Bloom will providethe computer equipment for you to work from home.

Purpose andObjective The Licensed Health Plan Advisor educates, qualifies andenrolls prospects into health plans using Bloom quality andcompliance guidelines.

Essential Functions * Meet all requirementsto obtain and maintain licensed agent status.

Bloom provides allnecessary training and pays for all training classes to obtainhealth insurance licensing as well as license renewal fees whileyou are employed at Bloom.

* Absorb, retain and explain a workingknowledge of product plans and general Medicare information *Assist callers quickly and professionally by fielding inbound callsto sell health insurance plans with Bloom’s sales techniques *Place outbound calls for member outreach * Provide accurateinformation to prospects using Bloom’s quality and compliancestandards * Communicate effectively with prospects and plan membersover the phone, and in-person with co-workers and managementpersonnel * Proficiently work with Windows and comfortablynavigating between websites to assist callers requestinginformation * Work on a computer with two monitors 8 hours a day *Having excellent attendance habits Candidates who cannot performsome or all of these duties because of disabilities willnevertheless receive full consideration for the job based on theirability to perform the essential functions.

Education/Skills Bloomhas trained hundreds of Licensed Health Plan Advisors and HealthCare Advocates to provide professional sales and customer serviceover the phone.

Bloom will provide paid professional training,including pre-licensing classes, if you provide the education,skills, attitude, and following character traits: * High schooldiploma or GED * A respectful tone and professional demeanor *Prior sales or customer service skills preferred * Aperformance-driven mindset * A solutions-minded team player *Self-motivation * Positive can-do attitude * Flexibility & Dependability * An ethical approach to sales * Self-disciplinePhysical Demands While performing the duties of this job, theemployee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time,talk and hear, have close vision and the ability to adjust focus.The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle,or feel.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, andreach with hands and arms.

Work Environment Bloom’s Licensed HealthPlan Advisors may be required to sit for extended periods whilelistening, talking and entering caller data.

Typing skills arerequired.

Bloom is a professional office environment and routinelyutilizes standard office equipment like computers, phones,photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The noise level inthe work environment is usually moderate.
