Solution Architect (Presales Cybersecurity)

About the position:

Foresite is looking for driven and articulate presales solution architects with at least 5+ year of experience selling cybersecurity services (preferably MSSP, MDR, SaaS).

In this high-visibility role, you will play an integral role in the business’s go-to-market strategy functioning as the technical lead in presales, customer success, and post sales relationships with customers and partners.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the cybersecurity industry and how to position the value of Foresite solutions.

Align with sales teams though all phases of the sales cycle to drive revenue Develop and maintain expert level product knowledge of Foresite’s solutions Maintain functional competitive knowledge and be prepared to demonstrate Foresite’s competitive advantages Take technical lead in customer calls and meetings articulating how our services are delivered, the value of our offerings, and deliver ProVision demonstrations Serve as a technical advisor to the account on Foresite solutions Advise customers on cybersecurity risks and best practices Assist in the development and delivery of product quotes, SOWs, RFPs, etc.

Effective and prompt communications with clients and internal staff/management Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and strategic vendors Provide input to constantly improve our products and services to add value for our customers and shareholders

5+ years solution architecture/pre-sales experience working in cybersecurity; MSSP, MDR, or SaaS experience preferred BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Ability to travel as needed; up to 50% Proficient cybersecurity industry knowledge and acumen with TCP/IP, FW, IPS, compliance frameworks, and more Must possess a high degree of intelligence, competence, maturity, adaptability, resilience, integrity, and initiative

Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Strong written communication skills Strong verbal communication and collaboration skills including the ability to work with both technical and non-technical customer audiences Excellent presentation skills Ability to apply critical thinking and logic to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
