We are actively hiring for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Microsoft 365 Join us and support CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, in achieving our goals. We are looking for motivated, innovative individuals, who think big and move fast with a passion for service excellence. The Microsoft O365 Engineer has the opportunity to work across the company and with vendors to be on-call and provide mentorship on the architecture and engineering of Microsoft Office 365 Groups. You will also get to share your knowledge on various O365 architecture elements deployed in an Enterprise environment. Essential Responsibilities Exceptional infrastructure design and documentation skills. Skilled in multiple computing subject areas such as operating systems, virtualization, networking or cloud services. Proficient in at least one scripting language In-depth understanding of the first 3 ISO layers such as: VLAN Trunking, Routing protocols, spanning tree, cabling standards, or other networking technologies. Conceptual understanding of security concepts such as: DMZ, firewalls, threat protection, VPN or packet inspection services and concepts as it applies to Office 365. 5 years experience running windows operating systems. Understanding of core Microsoft 365 components: Windows 10 Enterprise, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online, Teams including Mobility & security products and technologies. Confirmed grasp of Microsoft Active Directory, PowerShell, Power Platform and FLOW. Understanding of Office 365 Enterprise Applications Understanding of service lifecycle in Microsoft 365. Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: Certification: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals and/or Microsoft Certified Power Apps Dynamics 365 Developer Associate Bachelor’s degree Shows respect for differences through excellent communication skills with people from an array of backgrounds. Some knowledge of Linux / Unix operating systems Understanding of vSphere VMware 5.5 or above Validated knowledge of Converged and Hyper-converged infrastructure Understanding of network overlays and micro-segmentation Some cloud management experience (AWS / Azure) Why join us? If performed in Colorado, this position has a(n) salary range of $103,900-$129,900 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12% of eligible pay.
