Come join us and help shape the future!**Duties and Responsibilities:**+ The candidate will work under direct supervision of senior engineers and will perform a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard engineering and design techniques to support a variety WSP client teams, across multiple markets, including solar, battery energy storage systems, medium sized power cogeneration, fuel cells, micro-turbines and district energy, central plant, and electrification, in meeting clients project engineering needs.+ Assist with electrical, conceptual and detailed design projects for public, commercial, industrial & utility clients.+ Provide electrical engineering design support to senior engineers with electrical design of LV and MV systems, including balance of plant, instrumentation and control, general power, lighting & grounding systems, and Low voltage systems
– fire alarm, security -CCTV and Access Controls, PA and Tel/Data Distribution.+ Core activities may include design and engineering, drafting of single lines and power plans, preparation of equipment specifications, preparation of calculations and modeling+ Support senior engineers with interconnection applications, electrical and power systems studies including: short circuit, arc flash, load flow, etc.Talent is the essence of meeting our client’s objectives, goals and challenges.

in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university; MS Electrical Engineering is a plus+ 0 to 1 years of releveant experience+ EIT License, or ability to obtain EIT is preferable+ Excellent interpersonal skills, team work, and communication skills, both written and verbal+ AutoCAD experience required, AutoCAD Electrical 3D experience preferred+ Ability to travel to project sites in the US+ Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.+ Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.**About WSP USA**WSP USA is the U.S.
