Social Media Team Leader – Customer Service

Afni is hiring a Social Media Team Leader to join our fun team in Tucson, AZ.

In this role, you’ll supervise and develop a team of Social Media agents.

You’ll drive performance, build a happy team, and help develop individual skills.

As an Afni Social Media Team Leader, you’ll:
Work with a team of people and help them get the most out of their natural talents.

Manage a team of 15 or more Social Media agents who interact with our clients’ customers who contact us through Twitter, Facebook, and other social media channels to get help.

Collaborate with management and your peers to discover best practices and brainstorm ideas to solve challenges big and small.

Identify opportunities for individual and team performance improvement, and be timely in presenting innovative solutions.

Helping your team create shareable moments for our customers, through Social Media platforms by using your experience and always leading with empathy and care.

Take care of administrative tasks like managing time off, approving payroll adjustments, managing team online time, and monitoring performance results.

You’re qualified if you:
Are ready to be part of a team and contribute to Afni’s success.

Managed a team for at least six months.

Social Media customer service/marketing experience or relevant education preferred.

Have leadership experience and is good at building relationships.

Have a naturally positive attitude.

Know your way around Microsoft Office products.

Can work on more than one thing at a time and know how to prioritize.

Can pass a criminal background check.

Are at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.

Have earned a high school diploma or GED.
