4+ years’ administrative experience (required) Adept using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and G-Suite Superior calendar management, proactive self-starter Time management, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and strong communication skills Ready to make $40
– $45K (dependent on experience)

Super star candidates (preferred, not required):
Administrative experience in the staffing industry is a bonus Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Key Responsibilities (not all inclusive):
Coordinate schedule and travel for Director Collect data and pull reports as needed Assist with implementing recognition programs Manage travel arrangements
