As a member of the Chief of Staff team supporting Data Solution and Services, this team member will support communications with focus on translating complex technical jargon to easily understood bullets and slides.

This candidate will support collecting accomplishments across the team, relaying risks in concise, layman’s terms and summarizing key projects for executive and team-wide consumption.

Ideally, this role will support developing PowerPoint decks to help share and illustrate key technology strategies with our business partners, our leadership, and our team at large.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of technology experience 2+ years of experience with one or a combination of the following: compiling and preparing executive summaries, presentations for management and senior leaders.

3+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
Desired Qualifications
Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management 6+ years of experience creating senior or executive level communications Experience using Design Thinking methods to develop business solutions Experience creating visually dynamic presentations Ability to translate and present complex technical data across technical and non-technical groups Ability to translate and present complex data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decisions Experience communicating in both written and verbal formats with senior executive-level leaders Experience writing and editing internal communications, including corporate and executive level communications Experience synthesizing group discussions into concise, concrete bullet points and guiding abstract dialogue into actionable themes Experience with synthesizing data from multiple sources and presenting it in appropriate formats Ability to facilitate meetings with a diverse audience Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives Ability to research, compile, and present critical operational data in executive summaries
