What we are looking forNextCare is looking for a responsible, self-motivated individual to assist in the day to day clerical tasks of the Customer Service Center. LocationJoin our centralized Customer Service Center team in Mesa, AZ. ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service office Clerk is responsible for various administrative and clerical tasks to support the Customer Service Center, including but not limited to filing, managing patient and customer letters, processing mail, managing office supplies, intermittent cleaning. Assist with other miscellaneous office tasks. Including office reception. How you will make an impactThe CS office Clerk supports the organization with the highest level of clerk skills. This includes:NeatnessEleganceSortingFilingPrecisenessThoroughnessEssential Education, Experience and Skills:Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Experience: Minimum of 1 year of call center or office setting experience.Skills: Exceptional active listening skills with ability to paraphrase what is being stated to ensure understandingSolid verbal communication skills with ability to articulate communication clearly and effectively to the borrower and management teamSolid writing skills with ability to write clearly and conciselyAbility to multitask and follow assignments to completion with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently.You bring a strong work ethic.
