Receive escalated driver concerns and provide immediate resolution to variety of situations.

Conduct analysis to find root causes of various issues and initiate steps to address the root cause.Oversee assigned area and ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained and operating within budget constraints.Ensure assigned employees have career development plans that provide the organization with strong bench strength for future leaders and specialized individual contributors.Assist all drivers with escalated issues and document concerns.Conduct in-depth analysis to determine the root cause of escalated issues.Interface with drivers, recruiters and leadership.Create and maintain the RSU and No movement reports for Drivers.Keep executive leadership informed of root causes associated with escalated issues.Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization’s objectives.
