Customer Support Specialist


This is a Full-time position in Phoenix, AZ posted June 11, 2021.

Our Customer Support Specialist supports our B2B personalized product division.


  • Monday thru Friday (8a-5p)
  • Once training completed, flexibility to work from home a couple days per week is available.


  • Process orders and answer account or product inquiries via incoming phone calls, email, and other inbound channels
  • Review orders generated from website to confirm all information for release
  • Effectively communicates by phone or email with internal and external partners when challenges arise or to ensure accuracy
  • Completes typesetting edits; alter the customer?s logos/artwork if needed; Layout the information in an appealing way following the correct format and templates
  • Accurately and consistently process the continuous flow of work orders in a fast-paced environment to meet the service level agreements in place
  • Follow processes for typesetting a job, proofing, and sending the final job to manufacturing
  • Work closely with internal team and sales personnel to ensure accuracy of orders being fulfilled


  • Order entry experience in a fast-paced business environment preferred
  • Good telephone and email techniques, etiquette, and great organizational skills
  • Successful history of learning new topics and skills quickly
  • Offset and digital print concepts a plus
