This is a Full-time position in Phoenix, AZ posted June 10, 2021.

Job Summary The Customer Service Representative is a critical member of the team who facilitates day-to-day customer support operations.

This person serves customers by providing product and service information, using in-depth knowledge of company products and procedures.

This individual communicates effectively with team members within the customer service department and other areas, as needed.

This person works well in a team environment and can multi-task efficiently, providing timely, excellent customer service.

May also work closely with our California and Texas divisions.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to: * Process customer orders, changes, and returns.* Process payments.* Review customer accounts.* Fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.* Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.* Partners with the sales team and other departments, as needed.* Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit terms.* Other duties, as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications: * Customer relations* Strong organizational skills.* Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.* Attention to detail and is a team player.

Desired Skills and Experience * Customer service experience, preferred.* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)* CRM systems experience, a plus.

Work Environment * This job operates in a professional office environment.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
