This is a Full-time position in Tolleson, AZ posted July 13, 2021.

Silgan Closures is seeking a dynamic professional who will develop key relationships, both internal and with external customers, to ensure that our orders are filled in full and on time.  The successful candidate with provide ongoing sales support and value-based customer services in a team-oriented environment.

As a Customer Account Specialist, you will:
Perform all aspects of general customer service and order processing functions timely and with great accuracy on a daily basis.

Effectively and clearly communicate and coordinate shipments with the Scheduling and Distribution teams, as well as customers, Account Managers and Sales Reps.

Gather freight rates for Quotes and Invoicing, including export paperwork as necessary.

Review customer account status and work with AR Collections as needed.

Review opportunities to move aged SLOB inventory.

CRM customer portal interaction updates.

Customer complaints, RGA and Credit processing.

Process new artwork and color matches and request new COC set up in system.  Cross train on all duties of CAS not limited to but including, on-time ship performance, sample requests, filing, PSR review, etc.

Pay $2,692.80-$3,616.00 Monthly 

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum one (1) year related experience.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
– Word and Excel.

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Excellent problem solving skills.

Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.

Self-motivated and self-directed.

Strong listening and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
