Customer Service Associate


This is a Full-time position in Tempe, AZ posted July 12, 2021.

The Customer Service Associate is working at the call center site and will be responsible for providing high-touch, concierge level service in a dynamic and tech-enabled environment.

To best service the customer in this fast-paced environment you will be unitizing multiple customer communication channels such as email, chat, and phone to solve customer situations.

This position is not a work from home opportunity.

Maintain and promote a customer-centric mindset and attitude Maintain a high level of knowledge and performance for all client requirements, processes, and procedures within support scope Display the ability to understand, diagnose, and solve customer situations applying standards and policies, while maintaining the ability to think quickly in non-standard circumstances Manage escalated customer situations
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment Full-time with schedule flexibility
– 6am-10pm 7 days a week and the ability to work at the company site Strong attention to detail, decision making, and analytical problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills with a proven track record of quickly building credibility with customers and teammates
