Benefits & Perks + $12.50 – $14.00 per hour based on experience + $650 sign on bonus ($150 after day 30, $250 after day 60, and $250 after day 90) + Medical, Dental, Vision (Eligible after 30 days) + Paid Time Off (Earn immediately and use after 90 days) + Tuition Reimbursement + Referral Incentive Program + Travel and Entertainment Discounts (movie tickets, amusement parks, gyms, etc.) + Quarterly Reviews & Raises (Performance based) + Performance Bonuses Responsibilities+ Receive inbound calls to assist customers with getting repairs scheduled for items under Home Warranty. + Ask detailed question to determine if the customer’s issue is covered under their warranty. + Politely and efficiently answer any questions for the caller. + Accurately document customer account in client systems + Build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other call center team members based on trust and reliability. + Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service. + Meet department productivity and quality standards. + Strive for first call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues. + Communicate and follow instructions for one call customer resolution. + Deliver amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns. + Take an active role in educating customers about our clients products and services. Requirements+ Minimum 6 months of stable customer service experience (call center, food service, hospitality, or retail) + HS Diploma or GED/equivalent + Flexibility in working schedule (shifts vary by client and require at least one weekend day) + Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in business processes and procedures + Criminal record check and drug test required Work from Home Requirements + Environment: Quiet, secure, and distraction free for the duration of working hours. + Landline Phone: Not required + Internet: Wireless and Wifi not permitted. + Internet Speeds:Minimum10MBPS download/ 5 MBPS upload + Connection: Direct connection from modem to PC required + Computer Specs: + Laptop or Desktop (Apple [Mac] or Chromebook is not permitted) + OS: Windows 10 + CPU: Minimum Dual-core 1.5 GHz or Intel I class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better + RAM: 4 GB+ + Hard Drive: 20 GB or more of available space + Ports on PC: Minimum of 1 USB and Ethernet Port Education Requirement High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required. Physical Requirements Ability To: + Speak and sit for extended periods of time. + Stand and walk or otherwise traverse occasionally in order to be accessible to the production floor. + Exert at up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull or otherwise move objects. + Carry or lift objects up to 10 lbs. + Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and/or documents; and/or viewing a computer terminal. + Occasionally bend, reach, kneel, or twist for minimal periods of time.
