This is a Contract position in Scottsdale, AZ posted October 3, 2020.

Position Summary The overall role of the Receptionist position will be to provide a warm welcome and present a professional image to all One Plexus visitors and invited guests.

The Receptionist will espouse the Plexus core values in all their interactions; greet guests, manage the guest sign in sheet and notify the appropriate employee of the guest’s arrival.

The Receptionist will also be in charge of ordering supplies and restocking the breakroom.

Job Requirements: Position Accountabilities
• Open and close Visitor area which can include locking doors, turning off televisions and lights.

• Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.

Understand and comply with Facility policies and procedures.

• Document Guest Sign In/Out Log and maintain Logs for QA Department and Warehouse as needed.

• Provide appropriate Guest, Ambassador or Contractor badges to all Visitors while inside Plexus premises.

• Create and provide Visitor WiFi Password to approved Guests while inside Plexus premises.

• Receive Corporate Tour requests and schedule with Tour Conductor.

• Responsible for professionally administering all external and internal incoming calls.

• Perform a variety of clerical duties and special projects as needed.

• Restock breakrooms with Plexus products for employee use and distribute bottled water as needed.

• Maintain break room supplies with weekly replenishment.

• Fulfill monthly Employee Plexus Product orders.

• Pick up mail from private box, date stamp and distribute throughout each Plexus Location.

• Receive and record all courier packages in Log book.

Provide delivery notification to recipients.

• Create and distribute employee weekly draw tickets.

• Cross training between Team members to ensure responsibilities are covered on all occasions.

• Attend all company required training and actively participate in weekly departmental meetings.
