WHAT YOU WILL DO:
In this crucial role, you help our team and customers execute some of the most important transactions of their lives, such as buying a house.
Job details:
• Work with our clients – mortgage, title / escrow and real estate companies to provide excellent service to them and their customers.
• Process in-bound orders
• Organize the order, assign to one of our notary agents, monitor the progress of each job
• Perform follow-up and satisfaction touch points with the escrow officer
• Organize the transaction documents that are sent in electronically from the escrow officer in preparation of signing as needed
• Manage the return of the signed / notarized docs to the escrow company
• Manage the relationship between our inside team and outside team of notary signers
• Work closely with escrow and lender partners to ensure a seamless and positive signing experience for al
