The position will support the Finance organization with the following: Creation and maintenance of Sharepoint sites, forms and workflow Creation and maintenance of complex Financial Models in Excel, Access and Cognos TM1 Liaison for Finance with the report writing team to communicate new designs of Cognos Reports to support Financial requirements Project lead for Costpoint ERP System testing related to Finance functions Assisting Finance with various financial analysis that require significant amount of data summarization Provide leadership to cross-functional linked teams in addressing financial or systems issues.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: Knowledge: Broad knowledge with techniques in collecting data, analyzing information, generating reports, programming, and Visual Basic.

Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify problems or gaps in the financial or modeling systems, solve problems in a creative manner, and implement opportunities for improvement Modeling skills: Must be able to design and implement complex modeling tools to improve the financial performance of the organization Organizational and time management skills: Must be able to work within time constraints while managing multiple priorities Communication skills: Must possess great oral and written communication skills to effectively execute job responsibilities Collaborative skills: Must be able to work together with people from different units as required to help them address financial or system issues Project management skills: Should have the ability to accomplish projects working with and through others including consistently documenting procedures to address problems.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology or related field with 6 years of experience in a technology-related field, OR 4 years of experience with a Master’s degree (4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree) Computer skills: Must possess advanced computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access, using advanced formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs and VBA scriptingPreferred Qualifications: Cognos TM1, Cognos Reports and Costpoint a plus but not required.

Finance experienceSalary Range: 72200 108300Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
