Job Description Currently looking for an IT Finance Lead Analyst to provide expertise and to drive the delivery of our growing portfolio of Oracle Finance application systems.

ERP Finance application experience is a must and significant experience with Oracle Financials (FI), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Project Performance Management (PPM) would be a distinct advantage for this position.

The candidate will be profoundly involved in developing and maintaining a business/IT project plan that supports the company’s strategic plan and long-term goals through the deployment, upgrade and enhancements of Oracle Financials while aligning critical business processes to global standards.

This exciting role will be a key driver in the migration to cloud-based Oracle Financials and the deployment of Oracle EPM, ensuring the company has a contemporary best in class Financial applications portfolio while retiring older solutions.

Responsibilities Support FI IT Manager for establishing the Enterprise Solution Roadmaps for the FI business functions.

This includes a focus on business benefits by digitizing key business processes to reduce the functional cost to serve for each organization Advocate and utilize the application system development lifecycle (SDLC)
– including application support, enhancement, and deployment activities Prioritizes work efforts on assigned projects including scheduling, assignment of work, review of project efforts and status.

Help develop the project scope, estimate project cost, and efforts needed of customers across the organization.

Complete all required project management office (PMO) tollgate deliverables for assigned projects Active member of a team of global IT analysts, subject matter experts, and technical resources in the design, development, and validation of enterprise application solutions Proactively analyze business processes; elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility and make recommendations typically seeking to exploit and leverage new or existing IT technology components Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how applications can enable new sources of value Participate in the development and adoption of standards, policies, and best practices within ERP and across business lines
– including the alignment of global business processes to system standards Manage relationships with major vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organization Champion change and innovation.

Stimulate creativity, innovation and open to new ideas Ensure all required controls are in place and monitor for compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications 10+ years of strong hands on experience as a functional consultant in delivering core Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and Project Accounting Significant exposure to relevant FI enterprise software applications, including Oracle E-Business Suite and Data Analytics tools Cost accounting knowledge or similar accounting background Demonstrated program management skills, including global deployments in FI business functions Previous demonstrated success with providing global ERP deployments and solution oversight Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate information security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences Proven track record and experience in supporting the adoption of global processes and systems Excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives Degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent work-or education-related experience High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity.
