Your role:

The Next Gen Controlling vision requires a transformational change in our data analytics capabilities in PM.   In order to achieve this change, there is a pressing need to develop our next gen controllers to not only be analytically sound and strong problem solvers, but to also be on the leading edge of digitalization of analytics to enable much more efficient business decision support.  We can no longer wait for days or even weeks to enable a business insight.  These answers need to be at the businesses fingertips to be on the leading edge of customer advancements and decision making.

This role will put the controlling professional in the cockpit of that development.  As a team member in the PM Digital Finance and Analytics unit, this role will lead all of the key digital analytics development.   They will work closely with business units to understand business needs and develop those analytics to support key decision making. 

This role requires designing and coordinating business requirements related to the above activities by acting as a key interface with business controlling and BU teams to turn requests into reality.  In addition, this role will be a power user of tools such as tableau and build dashboards accordingly.

This role will have a strong focus on Tableau; however, it could also be involved in other analytics projects related to SAP, COPA, BI or even traditional analytical tools such as Excel.

Who you are:

Required qualifications:

  • We are looking for a candidate with seasoned experience (3-4 yrs) in business controlling, strong analytical and problem solving skills and advanced tableau developer skills. 
  • If tableau skills are not a strength, candidate must articulate tableau experiences and will be expected to learn on the job.

Preferred qualifications:

  • The candidate must demonstrate autonomy, initiative, teamwork and strong problem solving skills.
  • The candidate must also demonstrate an eagerness and curiosity to drive analytical improvements in PM to ensure the analytics developed are at the leading edge of the industry.
