Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) provides financial services to 21 million retail bank households and three million small business customers through approximately 4,900 retail branches, 17 customer service centers, and approximately 13,000 ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia.

CSBB Chief Marketing Office provides marketing support for the CSBB businesses and the Marketing Centers of Excellence (COE) support for marketing needs across the enterprise.

The team has accountability to define the line of business marketing strategy and execute marketing campaigns.

The Wells Fargo In-Language Customer Experience team is looking for a Digital Consultant responsible for the overall in-language operations of all the digital channels (such as Wells Fargo’s public site and Mobile).

The person will manage the translation and maintenance of digital assets to Spanish on multiple platforms, ongoing process and technological improvements, and risk and control, in partnership with stakeholders across the enterprise such as Digital Channels Group, Information Technology, businesses, legal and compliance.

This person will also advocate for the In-Language digital platform and support Wells Fargo Hispanic customer segment by influencing partners to provide better Spanish language customer experience.

Specific responsibilities may include:
Influence and partner across enterprise to develop and enhance a holistic Spanish language customer experience on digital channels.

Work across organizations to design and improve processes to increase productivity and reduce risk.

Demonstrate product expertise and industry/competitor offerings Drive new initiatives and provide value as a digital In-Language SME Be actively engaged with the dedicated scrum team: Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Designers and Linguists and provide business leadership for the delivery of key in-language initiatives to other business leaders on the team Drive the requirements and vision for the customer/product/capability experience in conjunction with other scrum resources Oversee Product Definition activities including scrum team backlog and artifacts for scrum-originated work Accept user stories.

Manages, grooms & prioritizes the scrum team backlog Accountable for Scrum Team Deliverables & KPIs.

Reviews measures/metrics to measure value and identify opportunities for improvement Determine acceptance criteria for final UAT code Pressure test iteration plans & scope Vendor manager of a solution that facilitates the translation Accountable for driving consistency across channels & platforms that ensure consistent design, implementation, testing, and ADA IL guidelines

Required Qualifications
5+ years of data collection and reporting experience 5+ years of process definition and documentation experience 5+ years of process design or improvement experience 5+ years of experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD’s) 3+ years of experience working with HTML (HypeText Markup Language) 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting demonstrated through work or military experience
Desired Qualifications
2+ years of internet banking experience 2+ years of mobile banking experience Deep understanding of SharePoint workflows, InfoPath, forms and customized forms Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills 2+ years of Agile experience
Other Desired Qualifications 2 + years of experience with Agile tools 5+ years of experience as administer of enterprise translation management systems Fluency in another language Work experience in process design, improvements, governance and control Experience working with Wells Fargo digital online banking and platforms Work experience in enterprise site translation and localization Work experience in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships and work with technical teams and make data-driven decisions Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Ability to manage scope and timeline in the iterative environment Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
