The Region Coverage CBL’s will collaborate with Commercial Banking senior leadership to implement the market strategy, objectives, and direction of this newly created segment and be accountable for continuous process improvements.Responsibilities include:* Collaborating with Regional Coverage National Leader in developing annual business plans and directing the group in execution of these plans* Actively participating in the completion of customer’s transaction* Close coordination with the portfolio management team on credit review for existing customers and loan workout functions to ensure appropriate risk management* Managing region coverage business relationship managers who advise clients on credit based loan products up to a limited threshold, traditional banking services such as deposits, cash management and/or custodial services* Partners with RM Leaders in other commercial banking segments across the regional market or specialty industry to deliver a one Commercial Banking experience to our clients* Partners with other product partners to attract and retain customers with an appropriate credit risk and operational risk lens to grow revenue and profits* May direct the business of originating credit related products, treasury management products, may structure and complete straight forward secured and unsecured business loans to existing customers* Works in close collaboration and engagement with the Portfolio Management team while still maintaining ownership of the risk* Coordinates with the service teams to deliver exceptional customer service* Exercises the usual authority of a manager in identifying, hiring, and acquiring key talent, training, motivating and developing team members.Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions.
