Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) provides financial services to 21 million retail bank households and three million small business customers through approximately 4,900 retail branches, 17 customer service centers, and approximately 13,000 ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia. We serve and help individuals and families in many aspects of their lives, helping them buy homes, open first bank and savings accounts, buy cars to get to and from work or school, and start or grow small businesses. CSBB is focused on innovating and transforming with the customer at the center, better enabling customers to engage with us how, when, and wherever they choose. As an industry leader in many consumer and small business areas – including retail deposits, debit card transaction and purchase volume, and small business lending – our primary goal is delivering for our customers.

CSBB Chief Marketing Office provides marketing support for the CSBB businesses and the Marketing Centers of Excellence (COE) support for marketing needs across the enterprise. The team has accountability to define the line of business marketing strategy and execute marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • 5+ years of process definition and documentation experience
  • 5+ years of process design or improvement experience
  • 5+ years of experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD’s)
  • 3+ years of data collection and reporting experience
  • 2+ years of Agile experience
  • 2 + years of experience with Agile tools
  • 2+ years of internet/ intranet-based business systems experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with Enterprise Translation Management Tool (TMS) or WorldSever
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Enterprise process governance and control in a regulated industry
  • Experience developing business cases with reporting on KPIs
  • Experience leading online and mobile enterprise translation and localization projects
  • Experience with Computer Assisted Translation and Terminology Tools
  • Strong enterprise program and project management skills and experience with tools
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members across functions in a geographically dispersed team environment
  • Experience managing enterprise software solution ecosystem
  • Fluency in another language
  • Intermediate Adobe Acrobat skills
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Experience identifying and development translation process improvement

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
