Job Description This is a direct-hire, full-time position.

This position requires a self-starter able to handle daily accounting functions including, but not limited to, preparing daily financial reports, managing vendor payments and wire processing.

Qualifications Responsibilities All aspects of accounts payable (Coding, Data Entry, Check Issuance) A/P vendor management General journal entries Daily/Periodic Reporting General ledger account reconciliation On-Line Banking Trust accounting (receipts, voids, stop pays) Bank wire process Trust account bank reconciliation Other duties as assigned Qualities Strong computer skills/aptitude Strong verbal, written and email communication skills Focused on Customer/Co-Employee Service Team player Sound organizational skills Self-starter Detail Oriented/Accurate Diplomatic Perform well under heavy workload and strict deadlines Additional Information Qualifications Bachelors in Accounting or equivalent experience Peachtree/Sage Impact or ResWare (Escrow Accounting) Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Access Company Description We offer a well-rounded benefits package effective the first of the month after commencement of employment.
